GROUP GONG BATH EVENTS
I hold monthly group gong baths in Bath, Saltford and Nailsworth. These are an opportunity to experience the transformative power of the gong in community with others. These are relaxed events, where I invite you to lie down (or sit) and simply allow the vibrations to move through you. The gong's sounds and vibrations allow the mind to access a theta brain wave state and the body to fall into a state of deep relaxation and peace. It is in this relaxed balanced state that the body can allow itself to release tension on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Please see my events page for up to date event information.
PERSONALISED GONG THERAPY
I offer personalised 1-1 sound healing with the gong in Bath and Saltford. Although similar to a group gong bath, these sessions are tailored to you, and allow you to receive the full attention of the gong. I invite you to set an intention for the session, and allow the gong's vibrations to amplify it. Each session is unique to you and to the message of the gong, and I often incorporate a 32" symphonic gong, hand held wind gong, tibetan singing bowls, chimes and voice mantra.
I also offer personalised sessions in your own home or venue for private events such as women's circles, weddings, baby showers, and team wellbeing days.
"Amy is such a skilled natural facilitator and space holder. She eased us gently into the most incredible relaxing and restorative experience with her gongs, singing bowls and other magical sounds. Highly recommend" (Jen, Bath)
"Thoroughly enjoyed the Gong Bath with Amy. It was my first time and Amy explained the process fully and delivered a first class session. It was a very relaxing experience, I will definitely book another class. " (Adrienne, Saltford)
"Would recommend Amy to anyone. Not only are her gong baths incredibly powerful but she's a fabulous facilitator too." (Georgia, Bath)
"I went to one of Amy's gong baths not knowing what to expect. I left as bemused as I arrived. I don't really know what happened but I drifted through the rest of the day on a cloud of serenity. Try it" (Chris, Bath)
If so, then nutritional therapy may be able to offer you ways to improve your health and wellbeing starting with the 'roots' of the problem.
'You are what you eat' is a well known saying that holds more truth than a lot of us take the time to think about. We are all born with pre-dispositions to health and illness, but it is our environment that holds the key to how our health and wellbeing will develop. What we eat is a fundamental part of that environment and can impact not only our physical but also our mental and emotional wellbeing, as mind and body are one and the same. The world around us, and the life within it, is in perfect balance and when we are able to support our bodies to engage with their natural state of balance (homeostasis) we can experience life at it’s most healthful.
I approach my clients' health from a holistic stand point, looking not only at your symptoms, but also your health history, pre-dispositions, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. I base my nutritional therapy plans in evidence based research alongside teachings from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbal Medicine.
Personalised Therapy Plans
I believe that every body is unique and therefore there is no 'one size fits all' solution to feeling in fine health. I work exclusively one to one with my clients to ensure that the advice and nutritional therapy plans given are tailored specifically to your individual needs.
